Riktek has been providing support and solutions to a large number of clients since it began in 1995. We have catered to small companies and large, charities and private individuals and the secret to our success is treating every customer as an individual, understand their needs and business practices and ensure our support solutions do not interfere with them. Sun Microsystems

Riktek limited has been providing contract services to Sun Microsytems since 1999, initially to provide short-term maternity cover for a permanent member of staff. This rapidly expanded to playing a lead role in several internal organisations, initially providing web services administration for 1500+ intranet sites including development, implementation, life cycle management and enforcement of company intraweb standards. We continue to provide on-site and remote support on a day to day basis, in an ever changing capacity, which now includes Subject Matter Expert, Business Analysis and Operational leadership for the Global Catalogue platform.

BrendonCare Clubs(Formerly Club Hampshire)

We originally designed and built a database solution for Club Hampshire, to enable them to manage all aspects of the services they provide for Older People. Following a merger with Brendoncare, this client was obliged to move their data to a system not particularly suited to their needs. After extensive efforts to modify the new platform to meet their needs and failing, they re-evaluated their options. They have now re-engaged with us to help them revamp the original application, expand its capabilities and to get their data back out of the unsuitable tool set. The new solution now also provides admin support to Dorset utilising remote login technologies and is expected to expand as demand continues to increase.

Adare Carwin

Following an internal review of response times for and costs of repairs, Adare contacted us as their existing provider could not react quickly enough, because of the distance engineers needed to travel to support the two offices in Hampshire. Riktek was immediately able to provide specialist support, starting with a full system review, clean up and upgrade programme. We have continued our partnership, including a complete office merger/move in a single weekend with all systems consolidated and working again for Monday morning. We continue to provide all the support our client needs for their mixed Windows and Apple network.
